Premiere of the "Satoshi" Trailer in Prague

We were invited to talk about our cinema project "Satoshi's Last Will" at the Bitcoin Conference in Prague, which took place on Thursday May 14th at the Prague Congress Centre. This was a nice chance to present our new trailer for the film to a live audience. Their reaction was overwhelmingly positive and we had some good talks with potential sponsors and media partners.

The trailer was shot in a green screen studio in Buenos Aires. The American / Argentinian actress Catalina Hannon played the main role of law enforcement agent Laurie Vega. Sergio Ruestes directed the shooting and edited the film, Aaron Koenig wrote the script and co-directed.

We are now in the fundraising process to raise 2 million US dollars to realise the film - a small budget for a cinema film, but still a lot of money. In the first round we are talking with companies and wealthy individuals who will get a profit share and maybe a cameo appearance or product placement for a significant investment. Genesis Mining from Hong Kong / Munich is our first investor, we have used their investment for the trailer.

Later we will start a crowdfunding campaign that will be open for everyone.

Our new film for Genesis Mining

Watch our new film for the Bitcoin mining company Genesis mining.
It was a lot of fun to create it! The idea is simple: a company with that name deserves a film that is inspired by the first book of Moses.

We used video footage from Videoblocks.com and combined it with simple animation by our Indian animation hero Vijayaraj D. The music was composed by our Argentinian maestro Julio Kladniew, we briefed him to write a score that reminds of Hollywood bible films, and I think he has made a good job!

The amazing voice belongs to Brian Sovryn from New Hampshire, who says he is well versed in the bible. Everything was brought together by our charming and talented editor Nastya from Lithuania.

Let there be Bitcoin!
